Guest Readers


 Today we had Jeanne's second grade come into our room as guest readers. They have been practicing reading aloud with emotion and inflection, and the Owls loved it!






We also had Inside-Outside Day in our Owl Groups as Burrowing Owls, Screech Owls and Great Horned Owls. We even were able to record a couple of the songs! We'll post the videos soon!

Airplane Repair Team


Today, some children discovered that the airplane wheel was BROKEN! We decided to write a letter to Community Playthings to see if they could help us fix the airplane. Elise drew a diagram of the camera, and they dictated the words to the letter. Then we put in an envelop and walked it over to Tyson House. There we found Lindsay, Lucas's mom, who helped us mail the letter!
